Are you a medical student passionate about surgery? Do you want to know more and try some procedures yourself? Do you want to make international friends?

 

If yes, we might be the answer to your questions!

 

The Romanian Students Surgical Society, Cluj Branch in collaboration with the “Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca and the Center for Experimental Medicine and Practical Aptitudes invites you between the 16th and the 21st July 2012 in Cluj-Napoca to spend and unforgettable week learning about surgery, making international friends and discovering a city with almost 2000 years of history.

 

You will have the opportunity to learn basic surgical skills that will help you the next time you enter an operating room. You will start with the instruments, learn how to tie a surgical knot, suture and manage a wound. Then you will get to a few more advanced techniques: intestinal anastomoses and vascular sutures and in the end you will go to the virtual world of laparoscopy on our simulators and much more.

 

And not to mention that all the above activities will take place in a professional and friendly environment.
